Election of Prof. George Magoha as new AMCOA President

The Board wishes to announce that our current Chairman, Prof. George Magoha has been elected as the new President of Association of Medical Councils of Africa (AMCOA) for a period of 2 years effective 29th August 2013.
AMCOA brings together Medical and Dental Boards and Councils in Africa and its secretariat is hosted by the Health Professions Council of South Africa in Pretoria.
Prof. Magoha election to this prestigious position is a great honor not only to Medical and Dental practitioners but also to Kenya as a nation.
We wish him success in his new responsibility of leadership in Health Regulation in Africa.
